A comprehensive all-in-one learning experience

Using a 'Flipped Classroom' approach, you acquire knowledge of concepts, models and applications online. This is tested so everyone arrives at the live sessions at an equivalent level of knowledge. The classroom sessions are then dedicated to applying the learning under supervision. Full accreditation is achieved once you pass your Competency Demonstration Assessment (CDA). Online resources provided in the Paradox Coaching Community enable you to augment and sustain your learning and skills long after you've graduated.
