Because most of the course is online you can join at any time. We offer several options for the Live workshops and you'll be able to choose the ones that suit you best. 

The E Learning materials will take you approximately 6-7 hours to complete.

You can attend Live Zoom group sessions*

Your Competency Demonstration Assessment (CDA) will take 90 minutes plus up to 30 minutes of feedback from your CDA Assessor. 

It is best to allow 5-6 weeks to complete the full course.

*The group sessions are optional but you should attend these, if possible

The online training is divided into modules and each module contains several video lessons. At the end of each lesson there is a multiple choice quiz to test your understanding of what you just learned. Therefore, you continue to build your knowledge in layers. 

You must pass all the quizzes to become certified. 

Yes. It's important that you experience the tools yourself. Therefore, you will get a 90-minute one-on-one Debrief at the beginning of your course. You'll be asked to reference your Harrison reports as you go along. 

Your CDA takes 90 minutes plus around 30 minutes for feedback from your CDA Assessor.

You'll be given a case study to prepare around 10 days in advance. Your CDA Assessor will play the role of the person in the case study. You'll be given the assessment criteria once you join the course. 

Harrison Units act like credits or a currency in your Professional Coach system. You purchase these in hard currency at your local prevailing price.

You use these units to run reports and the range of units required to run reports varies from half a unit for some reports to 1 unit, 2 units or 3 units for others. Typically you will use 4-6 units for each client going through a Coaching Debrief or Coaching Programme with you depending on which reports you choose to run.

Your Harrison Professional Coach system comes with units already loaded as part of the course fee. This enables you to get a full return on your Harrison Accreditation training investment within a few weeks of being accredited.

When you run out of units you can easily purchase them within your system.

The Learning App provides additional support during your Accreditation Course. It contains useful resources such as explainer videos, downloads, calendar links, etc.

And, it's a place where you can post questions about the course. 

It's also where we host the Paradox Coaching Community. 

Yes. You get your own Professional Coaching system and training on how to use this. From your system you can add your clients, send the SMART Questionnaire and run many reports. 

Your system comes with units to run reports so you can start to earn money immediately after you receive your accreditation. 

No. You can attend several Zoom-based practice sessions during your course. You will be notified about these once your register. 

The course is structured into 2 parts and you will receive Certificates upon the successful completion of each part. 

The Employee Development Accreditation is the foundation course. You are automatically certified in this once you successfully complete all the online quizzes. 

The Debriefing and Coaching Accreditation is the coaching course. You must pass your Competency Demonstration Assessment (CDA) to receive this Certificate. 

Once you've passed your CDA you'll also be awarded your Paradox Coaching Practitioner certification.

You have the privilege of being trained in the online modules by Dr Dan Harrison himself.

Your live training support is provide by Gerry Murray and Padraig O'Connor, two Certified Harrison Public Trainers. 

The Harrison Assessment in not a Personality Test. It does not type-cast people into boxes, labels or colours. It is a Behavioural preferences inventory of 175 traits and factors that affect performance in the workplace. You'll find, therefore, that it complements most of the well-known Personality Tests. 

All workshops currently take place on Zoom

Sessions are organised into maximum 90-minute blocks with adequate breaks in between. 

Accommodation is not included in the price. However, we use a residential training centre for any face-to-face training workshops and you can reserve rooms if you so wish.
