As part of your Accreditation Training you have the option to join our 2-Day Workshops to apply the knowledge and skills that you've gained from the online course modules
Day 1
You apply what you've learned in the online modules to developing your Individual Debrief and Coaching skills. Lots of time for questions and answers and to get supervised practice debriefing your colleagues.
Day 2
The 12 Team Paradoxes provide a rich source of insight for Team Development programmes. You'll learn how to run Harrison Paradox-based Team Days through this highly experiential workshop.
